Basic Photo Booth Set-up Includes:

  • A self-guided Photo Booth experience (Photo Booth Host costs an extra $50 per hour)

  • Photo booth set-up and breakdown

  • Photo Booth Generic Props

  • One Solid color backdrop 

  • 2 extra photography lights to enhance the quality of your photos

  • **We recommend a 10' by 10' high-traffic area to ensure your guests have ample space to take photos

  • ***Client must have access to wi-fi

PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL CONTRACT

Please read and sign at the bottom of this page before making a payment.

AGREEMENT

This Agreement, titled "Photo Booth Policy and Agreement," outlines the terms and conditions between MM EVENT CREATIONS, LLC ("The Company") and YOU ("THE CLIENT") regarding the rental and use of The Company's photo booth, props, and services. It is important to carefully review this Agreement before booking the photo booth.

BOOKING

  • To confirm your photo booth rental, you are required to provide a signed contract located at the bottom of this page before you make any payment.

  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and payment of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount is due 14 days before your event. Please be aware that orders submitted and accepted 7 days prior to your event date are subject to full payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • You acknowledge and agree to pay the photo booth rental cost as specified by The Company on the photo booth rental page.

  • Payments can be made with any major card. Sales tax and a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to your rental order.

  • Please note that our photo booth rental prices may change without notice. All future orders will be charged at the prices listed on our website.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • If you cancel within 14 days before the event date, you automatically qualify for a photo booth reschedule or any other products The Company offers. Reschedule is valid for 4 months from the original event date.

  • The client will be responsible for a 10% processing fee of the total rental cost as a cancellation fee. 

  • Cancellations made within 30 days or more will be charged 10% processing fees. The balance will be returned to your original payment card.

WIFI AND TECHNOLOGY

  • You agree to provide access to Wi-Fi (the photo booth must be connected to the internet to be operational)

  • You are responsible to secure a photo booth area with access to an electricial outlet not further than 10 feet

  • You understand that our photo booth packages do not include physical photo print outs. It is a self guided digital photo booth.

  • We guarantee our photo booth to be operational 90% of of your rental time. You understand that sometimes technolog occasionally experiences structural breaks that may be out of our control.

PARKING & ENTRANCE FEES

LIABILITY

  • You are responsible for any damages or loss caused to the photo booth equipment during your rental period.

  • You agree to reimburse The Company for any repairs or replacement costs incurred due to damage or loss caused by you or your guests.

  • You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits required for the use of the photo booth at the event venue.

  • You are responsible for designating a high-traffic, suitable, and secure location for the photo booth setup to ensure optimal functionality.

  • You commit to ensuring the availability of adequate space to accommodate the photo booth setup.

  • You agree to provide a reliable power source outlet within a 15-foot distance.

  • ou agree acquire permission to use the event's Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi without any costs to The Company or you agree to pay an additional fee to cover mobile hotspot service.

  • It is your responsibility to inform your guests about the photos and video release policy.

  • You agree to cover any additional charges for extending the photo booth service beyond the originally agreed hours.

  • You understand that The Company crew has the authority to decline or end service if the work environment is considered unsafe.

  • You understand that there will be no refunds or rental credit for ending service prematurely due to an unsafe work enviroment.

You are responsible for all parking fees, and event entrance fees for The Company's team crew.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the photo booth equipment or props.

  • b) You agree to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth.

PHOTOs & VIDEO MODEL RELEASE

  • You grant MM EVENT CREATIONS (The Company) permission to utilize photographs and videos obtained from the event for lawful promotional and marketing purposes.

  • All guests utilizing the photo booth at the event hereby grant MM Event Creations the right and permission to copyright and employ the images and videos captured at your event for lawful promotional and marketing purposes.

  • You and your guests hereby release and discharge MM EVENT CREATIONS (The Company) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of these photographs and videos, including, but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

  • You comprehend and agree that you and your guests will not be entitled to any form of compensation or royalties for the Company's utilization of the photographs and videos captured at your event.

AGREEMENT TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

  • Termination of the Agreement shall not relieve the you of your payment obligations for services already rendered.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
*****IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER CONSIDERED EXREMELY DANGEROUS BY THE LOCAL STATE – MM EVENT CREATIONS (COMPANY) WILL NOT TRAVEL, DELIVER OR SET UP THE PHOTO BOOTH. CLIENT CAN CONTACT US TO RESCHEDULE OR GET RENTAL CREDIT*****

THIS PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL POLICY AND AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN MM EVENT CREATIONS, LLC, (“THE COMPANY”), and (“CLIENT”) LISTED HERE BELOW.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.
