TELEPHONE BOOTH CONTRACT

Please read and sign at the bottom of this page before making a payment.

AGREEMENT

This Agreement, titled "Telephone Booth Rental Contract," outlines the terms and conditions between MM EVENT CREATIONS, LLC ("The Company") and YOU ("THE CLIENT") regarding the rental and use of The Company's handcrafted british-inspired replica telephone booth , props, decorations and other services. It is important to carefully review this Agreement before booking our telephone booth.

BOOKING

  • To confirm your telephone booth rental, you are required to provide a signed contract located at the bottom of this page before making any payment.

  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your telephone booth for your event. The remaining amount is due 14 days before your event date.

  • Please be aware that orders submitted and accepted 7 days prior to your event date are subject to full payment.

  • You acknowledge and agree to pay the telephone booth rental fee as specified by The Company in this agreement.

  • Payments can be made with any major credit card. Sales tax and a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to your invoice.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • If you cancel within 14 days before the event date, you automatically qualify for a telephone booth reschedule or any other products and services The Company offers.

  • Reschedules are valid for 4 months from the original event date.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days or more will be charged 10% processing fees. The balance will be returned back to your original payment card.

  • Please note that our telephone booth rental prices may change without notice. All future orders will be charged at the prices listed on our website.

VOICEMAIL TECHNOLOGY

  • You are responsible to secure a telephone booth area with access to an electricial outlet not further than 10 feet

  • We guarantee our telephones to be operational 90% of of your rental time. You understand that sometimes technolog occasionally experiences structural breaks that may be out of our control.

DAMAGE POLICY

  • You are responsible for any damages or loss caused to the telephone booth, telephones, decor and any other rental equipment.

  • You agree to reimburse The Company for any repairs or replacement costs incurred due to damage or loss caused by you or your guests.

CLIENT RESPONSIBLITY

  • You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits required for the use of our telephone booth at your event venue.

  • You are responsible for designating a high-traffic, suitable, and secure location for the telephone booth setup to ensure optimal functionality.

  • You commit to ensuring the availability of adequate space to accommodate the telephone booth setup.

  • You agree to cover any additional charges for extending the telephone booth service beyond the originally agreed hours.

DECLINE OR END SERVICE

  • You understand that The Company crew has the authority to decline or end service if the work environment is considered unsafe.

  • You understand that there will be no refunds or rental credit for ending service prematurely due to an unsafe work enviroment.

PARKING & ENTRANCE FEES

You are responsible for all parking fees, and event entrance fees for The Company's set-up crew.

LIABILITY

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the telephone booth, props, decor or any other equipment.

  • Please let your guest know that the telephone booth is for decorations purposes only.

  • No leaning against the telephone booth. It is not a permanent structure.

  • The telephone booth can not be moved to another location. It can only be relocated by The Company crew.

  • b) You agree to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the telephone booth.

PHOTOs & VIDEO MODEL RELEASE

  • You grant MM EVENT CREATIONS (The Company) permission to utilize photographs and videos obtained from the event for lawful promotional and marketing purposes.

  • All guests utilizing the telephone booth at the event hereby grant MM Event Creations the right and permission to copyright and employ the images and videos captured at your event for lawful promotional and marketing purposes.

  • You and your guests hereby release and discharge MM EVENT CREATIONS (The Company) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of these photographs and videos, including, but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

  • You comprehend and agree that you and your guests will not be entitled to any form of compensation or royalties for the Company's utilization of the photographs and videos captured at your event.

AGREEMENT TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

  • Termination of the Agreement shall not relieve the you of your payment obligations for services already rendered.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
*****IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER CONSIDERED EXREMELY DANGEROUS BY THE LOCAL STATE – MM EVENT CREATIONS (COMPANY) WILL NOT TRAVEL, DELIVER OR SET UP THE TELEPHONE BOOTH. CLIENT CAN CONTACT US TO RESCHEDULE OR GET RENTAL CREDIT*****

THIS TELEPHONE BOOTH RENTAL CONTRACT IS BETWEEN MM EVENT CREATIONS, LLC, (“THE COMPANY”), and YOU (“THE CLIENT”) LISTED HERE BELOW.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU  HEREBY CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.
